Designed in close collaboration with the client's architect, this striking contemporary pool house creates a bold contrast to the traditional Arts and Crafts style of the main residence. Expansive glazing, clean architectural lines and a dramatic stretch ceiling transform the building into a light-filled space that blurs the boundary between indoors and out.

At its heart is a bespoke 10-metre deck-level swimming pool and hydrotherapy spa, finished in shimmering dark mosaics that catch and reflect the changing light throughout the day. A glass-fronted sauna, a dedicated entertainment room with bar and generous poolside relaxation areas make this far more than a swimming pool. It’s a hub for unwinding and spending time together. Every element has been carefully considered, from the concealed automatic pool cover to the atmospheric lighting that transforms the space after dark.
