September, you either love it or you hate it, the kids are back or just starting school, traffic returns to normal, the tan starts to fade and just like that… summer is over. The next few months host the lead up to the most indulgent time of the year and as we prepare ourselves for the chaos ahead, now is as good a time as any to remind you of the health advantages you can get out of your Origin swimming pool.

On top of being able to cover 22 miles at your own pace and in your own time, you’ll also get to feel all the benefits of swimming and could even develop healthy habits that might change your life.
